Adult Classes
I run my adult classes at Queens Park School of Music in Shawlands. I teach ukulele players of all levels and abilities. Brand new to the ukulele? Both community groups run beginner sessions to get you started on our journey. From there, join one of my 6 week blocks. Further afield? Book me for a workshop or event in your area.

We have some fantastic teachers within the Southside Strummers or Rainbow Ukes community groups. Both run beginner blocks and classes for those starting out on their ukulele journey.

In 2026, there will be 4 very different and exciting lesson blocks, all designed to sharpen your skills, push you out of your comfort zone, and take your playing to the next level. Each block is 6 weeks in length
Block 1: Rhythm & Strumming – 3/5 Feb → 10/12 Mar
Block 2: 14/16 Apr → 19/21 May
Block 3: TBC
Block 4: TBC

Tuesday 2-3pm, Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm, Thursday 7.30-8.30pm

Attend one of my workshops. My workshops vary in ability, and cover a wide variety of concepts.
Workshops can take place in Glasgow, or in different places across Scotland.

You can learn with me online, attend a workshop, come to my 6 week block or join the jam groups!
Get involved in our wonderful wee community of players. We welcome players of all levels, ages, and abilities, from all walks of life. We regularly play at gigs and festivals, as well as our weekly jams. Each year we raise money for a chosen charity.
New to ukulele? Come along to our beginner sessions. Each group run their own beginner sessions, led by experienced members of the groups.

Community Groups
Southside Strummers
Join us each week for our weekly pub jam. Simply show up and join in.
You can also become a member. Members join a super friendly, welcoming community who perform at various gigs & events, develop their skills, and make friends along the way.
Southside Strummers run a variety of beginner blocks and classes. Send us an email if you’d like to get involved.

Rainbow Ukes
Founded late 2021, a group created for the lgbtqia+ community and allies. We support minority communities and provide a safe, welcoming environment to develop your skills. Join our super inclusive and friendly group. Rainbow Ukes are a charity who run on member donations.
We perform at a variety of events throughout the year, including different pride events across the country. You can join in on the fun too if you play ukulele already. You can also join one of our beginner blocks too.
